ACP-Lifeline Internet Service
ACP (The Affordable Connectivity Program) is an FCC benefit program that helps ensure that American households can afford the broadband they need for work, school, healthcare, and more.
You can qualify for the Affordable Connectivity Program (ACP) if anyone in your household: 
  • Participates in a Federal Assistance Program such as Medicaid, SNAP, WIC Program, or Federal Pell Grant for the current award year, receive Free and Reduced School Lunch program, etc…
  • Receive the Lifeline benefit.
  • Qualify based on your household income.
*ACP discount is non-transferable and is limited to one discount per household. A household cannot get an EBB discount and an ACP discount.

Federal Lifeline Program

Lifeline is a federal program that lowers the monthly phone or internet service cost for qualified customers and is available to eligible low-income consumers in every state, territory, commonwealth, and on Tribal lands.
The Lifeline program provides a discount on phone service for qualifying low-income consumers to ensure that all Americans have the opportunities and security that phone service provides, including being able to connect to jobs, family, and emergency services. Lifeline is part of the Universal Service Fund.

Home Internet & Fiber

ACP (Affordable Connectivity Program) is a program that provides a benefit for eligible American households toward their Home Internet service. 
ACP-Lifeline offers $30 off monthly Internet and/or Fiber service through America’s top Cable, Fiber, and Satellite providers such as AT&T, Xfinity, Frontier, Spectrum, ViaSat, DirecTV delivering Internet service to neighborhoods across America with more speed, bandwidth, and reliability.

Student Assistance Program

All students who attend a school that qualifies for the Community Eligibility Provision (CEP) for free/reduced meals are eligible for the Affordable Connectivity Program.
If a school does not qualify for the CEP provision, then only students who are eligible for free/reduced meals at these schools are eligible for the Affordable Connectivity Program.
The Affordable Connectivity Program provides the following services to the family of an eligible student which includes those students who have a Pell Grant:
-$30/month discount off High-Speed Internet service.

-A one-time discount of $100 off an Android tablet that provides Unlimited Talk, Text, and Data for a one-time $20 co-payment with a $0.00 monthly bill, the monthly service plan is fully covered through the Affordable Connectivity Program for as long as qualified.

  • Free Unlimited Data

There is a one-time $20 co-payment with a $0.00 monthly bill, the monthly service plan is fully covered through the Affordable Connectivity Program.
 

Claim your FCC Affordable Connectivity Program Benefit.

The benefit provides a discount of up to $30 per month toward Internet service for eligible American households and up to $75 per month for households on qualifying Tribal lands.
Eligible households can also receive a one-time discount of up to $100 towards purchasing an Android phone or a tablet for a one-time $20 co-payment with a $0.00 monthly bill, the monthly service plan is fully covered through the Affordable Connectivity Program.
